Dr. Şükrü Bozluolcay graduated from İstanbul Cerrahpaşa Medical School and completed his specialization in Nuclear Medicine at the same university. In 1989, Bozluolçay founded his first company MNT. He is the Chairman of Bozlu Holding .Dr. Bozluolçay was named the Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012. He chairs TUSIAD’s “Healthcare Working Group”.

Uğur Bozluolcay graduated from Electrical-Electronics Engineering Department of Bosphorus University. After serving in engineering and executive positions in several manufacturing companies, he founded Epsilon Elektronik A.Ş. in 1994. Since 1994, Bozluolcay has been serving as a top manager in several firms operating under he is a member board of Bozlu Holding.

Uğur Bozluolcay born in 1966, in Samsun, is married with two children.

İsmail Dernek graduated from Electronics Engineering Department of Hacettepe University and received his MBA degree from Bosphorus University.

Dernek embarked on his career during his postgraduate studies in 1992. He worked for Koç Group and Siemens in various functions.İn 2009, he joined to Bozlu as an executive board member.

İsmail Dernek born in 1969, in Adana, is married with one child.

Eray Külcü obtained graduate degrees from Drexel University (MScBME and MScEE) after having graduated from Boğaziçi University as Electronic Engineer . He has also MBA degree from San Jose State University. He started his career as R&D engeneer in Cygnus Inc, based in California. He worked in sales and marketing department in Siemens Medical Solutions between 2003 and 2007 . Then, he started to work as business development and diagnostic division director in Euromedic International (Affidea) in Turkey. 

He joined Bozlu Group in 2009 as business development manager, and then worked as general manager at Bozlu’s sister companies, MNT Healthcare, Epsilon Elektronik and Epsilon Landauer. He is currently manager at Epsilon-NDT.

Eray Külcü, born in Izmir in 1973, is married with two children.

Mehmet Seyda Akbulut graduated from Sosyology Department of Istanbul University. In 2006, he established his own company in the cosmetics and packaging industry. He joined Bozlu Holding in 2015 as a sales manager at Bozlu Art and Publishing Company. Since 2017, he has been working as the General Manager of Continental Otelcilik ve Turizm A.Ş. He has also a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from Sakarya University and MBA from Bahçeşehir University.

M. Seyda Akbulut, born in 1982, in İstanbul is married with one child.

İbrahim Cansızoğlu received his BA in Economics from Koç University and his MA in Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design from Sabancı University. In 2024, before assuming the directorship of Bozlu Art Project, he worked as an editor at Borusan Contemporary and lectured on film, visual theory, visual culture, contemporary art and art history at İzmir University of Economics, Kadir Has University and Işık University. İbrahim Cansızoğlu continues his PhD studies at Koç University, Department of Archaeology and History of Art.

İbrahim Cansızoğlu was born in 1981 in Eskişehir.

Sezer Sezgin completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Physics at Ege University, where he also earned master’s degree from the Institute of Nuclear Sciences. Since 2012, Sezgin has held various roles at Epsilon Elektronik and Epsilon Landauer. In October 2024, Sezgin was appointed as the General Manager of Epsilon Elektronik and Epsilon Landauer.

Sezer Sezgin Born in 1988 in Istanbul, is married and the father of two children.

Aslı Akbulut graduated from Chemistry Department of Koç University and received her MSc degree from Universite Catholique de Louvain. Akbulut has been working for Bozlu Group since 2008 in various functions.İn 2009, she took on general manager position of Bozlu Holding A.Ş in 2017.

Aslı Akbulut, born in 1984, in İstanbul,is married and  a mother of 1 child.
