Born in 1958, in Samsun, Dr. Şükrü Bozluolçay graduated from İstanbul Cerrahpaşa Medical School and completed his specialization in Nuclear Medicine at the same university. In 1989, Bozluolçay founded his first company MNT. He is the Chairman of Bozlu Holding .Dr. Bozluolçay was named the Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012. He chairs TUSIAD’s “Healthcare Working Group”.

He is married with two children.

Born in 1966, in Samsun, Uğur Bozluolçay graduated from Electrical-Electronics Engineering Department of Bosphorus University. After serving in engineering and executive positions in several manufacturing companies, he founded Epsilon Elektronik A.Ş. in 1994. Since 1994, Bozluolcay has been serving as a top manager in several firms operating under he is a member board of Bozlu Holding.

Uğur Bozluolcay is married with two children.

Born in 1969, in Adana, İsmail Dernek graduated from Electronics Engineering Department of Hacettepe University and received his MBA degree from Bosphorus University.

Dernek embarked on his career during his postgraduate studies in 1992. He worked for Koç Group and Siemens in various functions.İn 2009, he joined to Bozlu as an executive board member. İsmail dernek is married with one child.

Born in 1973, in İzmir, Eray Külcü obtained graduate degrees from Drexel University (MScBME and MScEE) after having graduated from Boğaziçi University as Electronic Engineer . He has also MBA degree from San Jose State University. He started his career as R&D engeneer in Cygnus Inc, based in California. He worked in sales and marketing department in Siemens Medical Solutions between 2003 and 2007 . Then, he started to work as business development and diagnostic division director in Euromedic International (Affidea) in Turkey.

He joined Bozlu Group in 2009 as business development manager, and then worked as general manager at Bozlu’s sister company, MNT Healthcare, until 2016. He is the general manager of Epsilon NDT A.Ş, Epsilon Elektronik A.Ş and Epsilon Landauer A.Ş to which he was appointed in 2021.

Eray Külcü , born in Izmir in 1973 , is married with two children.

Born in 1982, in İstanbul, Mehmet Seyda Akbulut graduated from Sosyology Department of Istanbul University. In 2006, he established his own company in the cosmetics and packaging industry. He joined Bozlu Holding in 2015 as a sales manager at Bozlu Art and Publishing Company. Since 2017, he has been working as the General Manager of Continental Otelcilik ve Turizm A.Ş. He has also a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from Sakarya University and MBA from Bahçeşehir University. M. Seyda Akbulut is married with one child.

Born in 1980, in İstanbul Oğuz Erten graduated from Art History Department of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in 2003. He completed his graduate studies at the same university in 2006. Oğuz Erten started to work as an art consultant of Gallery Baraz in March 2009 and contributed to establishing of Gallery Baraz Publishing House. Since October 2013, he works at Bozlu Art Project as a founding manager which is art research and exhibiton platfrom of Bozlu Holding. He is married with two children.

Born in 1984, in İstanbul, Aslı Akbulut graduated from Chemistry Department of Koç University and received her MSc degree from Universite Catholique de Louvain. Akbulut has been working for Bozlu Group since 2008 in various functions.İn 2009, she took on general manager position of Bozlu Holding A.Ş in 2017.

Aslı Akbulut, is married and  a mother of 1 child.
